At Print Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine art prints. Please review our cancellation and replacement policies below.
Order Cancellations
✔ Before Production – Orders can be cancelled without penalty before printing begins. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order details.
❌ After Production – Once the printing process has started, cancellations are not possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
Refunds & Replacements
📦 Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged in transit, please:
✔ Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
✔ Provide photos of the damaged print & packaging
✔ We will replace the damaged print at no extra cost
🎨 Technical Flaws
If your print has a technical flaw that was not present in the original supplied file:
✔ Notify us within 7 days of receiving your print
✔ Provide a description & photo evidence of the issue
✔ Upon verification, we’ll replace the flawed print free of charge
⚠️ Non-Qualifying Issues
Please note, our replacement policy does not cover:
❌ Minor colour variations due to your monitor settings
❌ Differences in appearance that result from expected print output variations
❌ Supplied file dimensions and aspect ratio do not match the order
❌ Visual artefacts in the supplied file
