Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Before Production: Orders can be cancelled without any penalty before the prints enter the production stage. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order details.
  • After Production: Once the printing process has begun, we cannot accept cancellations. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide a photo of the damaged print and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Technical Flaws: If your print has any technical flaws that were not present in the print file, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a description and photo evidence of the flaw. Upon verification, we will replace the flawed print at no extra charge.
  • Non-Qualifying Issues: Our replacement policy does not cover minor color variations or differences in appearance due to monitor settings. We recommend reviewing our color guidelines before placing your order to ensure your print meets your expectations.
